Got the ls64. Its certainly on par with the 38hd I used a few years ago. Has a cool feature of showing red hot which stands out straight away for alive things...
That proves how good the old Pulsar HD38 is. The Flir LS64 has a 640 X 512 pixel sensor, whilst the Pulsar HD38 has a 384 x 288 pixel sensor, is 6 years old and pretty poor compared to the newer Pulsars, which have the 'red hot' mode plus loads of other features.
