Thread: Folding Stock Bolt Action Rifle?

As far as I can tell there is no law against having a bolt action rifle with folding or telescopic stock which after being folded/retracted still has an overall length of more than 762mm.

If that is correct, then why do we not see rifles or after market stocks with folding/telescopic feature? would that make carrying the rifle in a hunt easier and still maintain good barrel length?
