    Well steel ammo from barnaul for 54r or 308w is about 87cents. Reloading is cheap also, except the brass is more. The disadvantage is rifle choices....I can only think of 2....Draganov and they are 2.5k+? and noisey and not very accurate (but cool anyway) or a mosin and they are um....crude....though fun in a perverse sick sort of way.
