I certainly wouldn't be parting with a decent amount of money until they fix their QC issues, and give better customer service. Have spoken to too many shooters that have been disappointed in the Hardy's products, and then treated like they're a bloody numbskull or something when trying to have problems rectified.
If their service is truely that bad they are not alone in that respect. Its seems a common theme among some so called retailers. Once they have your cash they just run away leaving you to spend more to sort "their" problem
