Glue/ filler for tika plastic stock

Hi I’m fitting a short pic rail in front of my mag on a tikka rough tech amber. It already has a spare screw but I want to drill another. The stock has braces but quite thin where I want to drill. Can someone tell me what product I can use to bond to the stock. Glue or other. Appreciate any help. Cherrs

Appropriate sized machine screw through stock with large diameter washer in channel. Snug nut down firmly and a blob of any two part epoxy on the top to set it more or less permanently. If really picky make some plastercine dams and fill a small moat around nut.
