Look at Dean Maiseys take on the suppressor test done In Rod and Rifle.
Also Maniatis suppressors are as good if not better than any opposition have
Hardy,DPT and ASE and they have same recoil, noise and are lighter.

Got my alpine lite back from Greg Maniatis on Wednesday and shot it this weekend very very happy with the build quality and suppression(compared to my 308 dpt) and price and service, $450 fitted that's threading included

Yeah by 1 gram BUT its .308 the other is 243 so if it was same caliber it wouldn't be and my first blast baffle is showing ware already after 50 rounds, if i replace the first blast baffle with SS its 40grams heavier then another aluminum one.
The maniatis one is different design obviously and dont have to worry about wearing out baffles

Something will be wearing in the maniatis surely? No such thing as a free lunch

Yeah i understand that but not like the dpt with aluminum, ask @maniatisgunsmiths regarding shot count, its my hunting rifle so lucky to get 30 shots a year so not obviously worried

Im happy with the thinner and more rearward of thread style as its less gap between the stock and suppressor which is what i wanted also coming back further make it balance better then the dpt would have
as thats what i was going to do get its threaded 14x1 so i could use the dpt but barrel was to thin for it so decided to get the suppressor aswell as i was going to get a scope for my 308 then use my viper on the 243.
Have had 6 dpt suppressors and love them to bits, also had gunwork's, huspowers, MAE's, ace ultras so for me personally its dpt or maniatis from here on out

yeah in my first pic barrels at both even and the one with the suppressors attached the barrels are at the same spot to show muzzle forward / suppressor rearward proportions
