Yes you will need a permit.
I like the look of them, and now they also have their own DBM's.
I wrote to them about a year ago and they were very responsive.
You could try one of the McMillan agents such as Dean Maisey, alternatviely just order from Brownells, or do a special order through them, would be the easiest, but you may need to have a few stocks to offset the export fee.
McMillan are very nice, i have an A4 stock on my M40A5 clone.
