    You know I didn't even notice that 'dead end' forward assist the first time I looked! That's actually pretty funny. And the idea of using the standard AR15 charging handle to reload while trying to control a mob of goats is totally impractical, a bolt action rifle must be a lot faster.

    Personally I've never used a forward assist on an AR15, I wonder how many NZ shooters (non military) have actually needed one?
