It's not reasonable for a buyer to have to check that threads are in-spec before buying an item. That's a failure on the part of the manufacturer/seller (regardless of who that happens to be)
When he put can on it was tight and seemed all good, the guy is an experienced hunter, he had another rifle with him as well, this was just his new setup…. Good people to.
