About LinkBacksActually had this rifle for a few weeks but have had a few wee bits to sort out i got a thread insert to change the thread of the hardy compact can i picked up, and have had a few logistical issues around picking up the scope. Finally managed to pick up the scope this afternoon and mounted it in the low precision pro rings....could not have got it any closer to the piccatinny rail. Perfect alignment and comes up instinctively to the eye.
Looking forward to sighting in tomorrow and setting the zero stop.
She's a blued howa 1500 in 308win flavour, sitting in a Bell and Carson composite lightweight Weatherby Vanguard stock.
Will be doing a wee review on the Element Optics 2-16×50 HDLR MOA scope when time allows.
