One from the local Hacket herd. The antlers maybe still be hanging in a tree up there.
I had a ridge i used to hunt in the cooler months. There was another guy using the same ridge as Id often see buller boot prints and tracks from a medium sized dog.
To be fair I have the photographic ability of Stevie Wonder. Its most likely just were he piled up and I got a bit lucky with the pic.

@Larskramer that’s a nice looking rifle. The long rail is an interesting addition, I’ll have to look it up on the MTN web page. What sort of tripod do you plan to use?
I’m eyeing up a Leofoto tripod, that appears to be identical to a Leupold, but half the price.
@sneeze… have the BAR .243….mucking around with factory 80gr/100 gr loads… doesn’t seem to be a lot of difference on paper….. what grain did u settle on ???

I had two absolutely insane weeks at work and no weekend in between but then:
The DHL delivery guy made my day this Friday!
My new stock, scope and mount for the second T3x arrived.
And a real weekend ahead of me...
Perfect timing!
So I put it all together that very evening and went shooting Saturday.
Rounds touching @100m with 178grs ELD-X and 150grs FOX bullets right away.
And man do I dig the ergos, quality and appearance of the stock!
Super happy with this rig!
