Perfect balance, these early wooden handles rotate too, unlike the later plastic ones. But it has worn the parkerising off the receiver (even has a slight groove) when its folded over to the side.

Oh the memories that brings back. I loved the aperture rear sight. Five rounds into a matchbox sized area at 100 yards standing unsupported. Fuck I wish I could still shoot like that.
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.

Top one is new..... Zastava PAP M90NP AK made in Serbia. Chambered in 5.56x45mm and came from the factory with a AR Mag adapter.
Signature removed because some people are intolerant of me being American.

Some of you might have seen this in its "slapped together" guise. Rem700 action, 26" Shillen 1 in 8" twist chambered in 6.5-284, Ken Henderson carbon fibre stock, leupold VX3i LR 4.5-14x50. Big thanks to @7mmsaum @Kiwi Greg @ebf @Carpe Diem @SlimySquirrel @Dr. Watson @buzzman and anyone else I have missed who all helped bring it together. Need to get some more brass (I have 13...) and will get a load going, I'm thinking 140amax.

I haven't actually weighed it yet mate but the barrel definately excludes it from the lightweight class although stock and scope prevent it from being un-carry-able.

It's a smart looking rifle alright mate.

It will go bloody well with a 140/143. I've just been playing with the new 6.5 swede I got from Buzzman, 143g eldx at 2750 fps, shots touching at 100. It should hold 1k ft lbs to 850 yards, so your's should have a handy advantage on that.

Real guns start with the number 3 or bigger and make two holes, one in and one out

Purchased a T3 Superlight in 6.5 Swede off @buzzman and took delivery of it at Tobys shoot.

While talking to @P38 at the shoot he hooked me up with some Lapua brass and dies.

Once home I mounted up a Weaver SuperSlam in 2-10x42 and set about loading up some test rounds with 143g ELD-X'S.

    Loads looking promising

I had 4 rounds left, so entered the data into shooter, dialed the weaver and smashed the 6" plate at 300 and 400 twice each.

The 143g eldx at 2755 fps will be pretty useful holding 1k ft lbs to 850 yards!
