@Gruntzer yours does look longer my magazine tube ends 2 1/2 inches before barrel end but it does take 7+1 though, just aint got one of those tactical chokes, they look cool

The longer magazine extension is E-cat (8 rnds), but I have a small loose plastic rod to keep it to 7x 2-3/4 shells.
I think the Police told them (dealer) they had to stop this and hence supply them with the shorter magazine tube.
The only reason I keep the tactical breaching end on it is because its a good barrel protector.

My latest HW Varmint / Wallaby rig

T3 Varmint in 25-06 ( yes the most amazing caliber ever conceived ) GRS stock, HRE can with fluted barrel ( done by HRE ), bolt fluted by GW's ( the new tight wound flutes looks awesome ) Nightforce 5-20 x 56 SHV scope sitting in Tier-One rings.

Weights a ton @ 13lb with bipod but shoots 90g BlityzKings mint.

Always wondered, what are the SHVs or NF in general like for hunting?

They're heavy lol, I'm quite impressed with the SHV ( always thought they were a bit cheap ) but I've been pleasantly surprised - nice glass, good positive clicks with zero lock & very well made / designed for the $$$, Just need to source a throw lever for it which is available.

The best thing about all NF scopes is they are bullet proof, dial perfect & are very reliable
