Looks like Cambodia is reinventing adventure tourism
Cambodia. There's a couple of shooting ranges just outside of Phnom Penh, the capital. They're technically illegal, but the government turns a blind eye because they're such a good money spinner ($400usd is more than the average yearly salary of most people who live there).
Shooting things at cows definitely isn't openly advertised though - it used to be I believe, and they copped a bit of flak about it.
Guy i know once shot a deer with a 20mm Oerlikon he round they were range testing when he was in the army ( he was a ammo tech ) recons it made it into a rather large pink mist at quite a distance id hate to see what a rpg would do to a cow
At least one sheep has been shot by an RPG in NZ:

It arrived today. Got it in 308. Ammos cheap and easily found. Slapped my spare 3-9x40 Zeiss on it. It'll be my new everyday walkabout rifle.
During the Angolan bush war the SAF troops regularly got hold of captured RPG's. None of the local cows or donkeys were safe :o
The other form of entertainment was shooting white phos grenades into "dongas" - shallow depressions that had filled with water in the rainy season.
Give bored young guys enough firepower and explosives and they will always end up causing chaos :D
(I am sure Tentman won't mind me posting this here. It's his work. I am just the caretaker of it now.)
.257 Roberts Walther barrel on a VZ33 Mauser action by Alan Carr. Stock by Goeff Slee. It has a Satterly safety, (like a Winchester 70 safety but on the left side of the action; where your thumb is.) I must mention that it has a great trigger. I was told what trigger it was but I can't remember now. It looks better in person.

How does it shoot, you may ask? It shoots very well.
Very very nice!
Looks good James.
