No history as yet, non original case is made of Teak and was made for previous owner in Thailand I believe. Will try to trace back, think manufacture would have been 1920ish. Last owner had it for 30 yrs, he lives within 1/2 mile from me. I run passed his house on my morning exercise! Small world!Quote:

Sent to the gun smith to fit the barreled action to the stock
Glass and pillar bed the rifle
Work the trigger
Cut to 20 inch and thread 1/2x20
Warne steel bases and Burris Signature zrings
Have a dpt coming for it
I also have a 4-16x50 nikon monarch3 on layby for it
Temporarily has a Nikon buck master 4-14x40sf which will do for getting a few rounds down it before starting load development
It’ll be a tack driver, rambo. Damn good barrelled action, the Howa Varmint.
