New for me toy 308. sako A7 in a McMillan stock burris signature rings and just a vx-1 up top for now. First addition to the safe since I cleared it out to fund my move down south. Will find out tonite how it shoots.

I really like that rifle, basic hard as F#$%^ and packs the punch, metal and fibre cant beat it, should have gone the same route instead of the tikka, however had what I hadQuote:

Might get one locally as I hear outdoor brands have just taken over distribution. There should be a lot more Nikons avaiable now. Monarch 3s look like agood scope too.
I've got the Monarch 3-12x42 on my 7mm-08, which I'm really happy with. It has the BDC reticle, which I find a little bulky, but I prefer to dial anyway these days. Glass is really nice and dialling seems spot on so far, at least out to 500 or so on game.
Two of my new rifles and one old one.
The top is a Marlin 1895 45/70
The middle one is a Marlin 35 Rem
The bottom one is a Rossi 45 Long Colt
