Was that one on TM for a while. It looked bloody nice. Would be keen to hear what you think of it.

Hi Greg,
Re 510 whisper.
Who did the chambering for you?
How noisy is it?
Because my 458 socom is loud and I can't imagine that beast being any quieter.
What is the current price of the a- max once landed in NZ?
Ta.
A new 72 year old toy.
1943 Husqvarna M1938 Swedish Mauser in 6.5x55 Swe
All matching parts.
No bayonet though, so the Zombies are safe.
Rifle is 8/10 overall, rifling is prob 7.5/10, as to be expected for a 72 year old rifle.

Very nice!
I'm looking forward to finally shooting it next Sunday at NZDA.
...let me know if you will be there in the morning or afternoon... :)
I'm expecting my m96 on Thursday, so there could be a couple of hot Swedish girls in attendance!
I'll bring a couple of slutty Russians as well to add some spice then.
Shit I'm at the wrong range:P
I'll bring a hot Finn...
...and no doubt will have a few Yanks in tow... cannot get away from them :)
How about a sexy Canadian and cheap American?
BTW @dogmatix you lie, the zombies are not safe. The rear end of those things is just as lethal at the front, that steel but plate will break zombie skulls (mush?) nicely!
At 7.75lbs recoil is "brisk" :D
I don't have any hunting projectiles yet but they are available.

This will give you a little indication of noise & recoil.

It isn't that quiet, but it isn't that loud either..
I have a couple more sections for the suppressor on the way.
The 750 Amaxs are relatively easy to get here at the moment
The biggest problem is deciding whether to put them in the BMG or Whisper
Here's a couple of mine.

@Tommy and dogmatix's Swedish Mausers in the flesh.
The two Swedish hotties today... in between the rain and cancelled bolt action service rifle shoot.
My M38 is top in each photo.

My girl looks dirtier than yours ;)
Cos she's been around the block more.
Had a bit of surgery too.
:P
When her and her mate Norma get together, well....
Even so the shoot was cancelled, I still did the 4 positions to test myself.
I'm no marksman, especially with open sights. But I'm real happy with the way the Swedish Mauser shoots.

Score of 117.
It's pretty good going considering the front sight post is thicker than the black 7 circle at that distance
Really like the 4p. Bloody good fun. Must be a challenge with irons
Finally got my hands on this. Big thanks to @45SOUTH for the leg work and apologies for any hostilities he had to put up with from me for things outside his control.
And before people start banging on about the weight of these things don't worry about me, my sherpa @1toeknee1 has legs the size of my torso

Greetings from Finland, my new Finnish toys:
- super rare 24" barrels to my old Valmet 412 (old ones were 30" long...)
- Sako m78 22lr rifle, condition is "like new"
That m78 is giving me wood
Measuring accuracy in moa to 4 decimal places with a 3 shot group is hilarious
Yeah 3 is my limit.
