    Mate.
Joining via their online process wont work cause their US CC are linked to their accounts and a NZ CC wouldn't work and i couldn't bid on anything
i just emailed them and told them that i wanted to buy a particular gun for export to NZ and they were sweet with it
They then allowed me to become a member anyways, in the end i still couldn't bid so i approached the seller directly and he agreed to sell privately to me and then freight the gun to an exporter for me.
Gunbroker is an awesome resource as there are so many hard to find guns in mint condition that you would pay an arm & a leg for in NZ.
I would only recommend doing it tho if you cant find what you want here in NZ, as i bought a mint model 44 ruger carbine from there which are really hard to find in NZ.
Guns are cheap, its all the processes, exchange rate, fees & permits to get the thing here that add up in the end
