A Guy sighting in his new 30.06

I was up the bush earlier today and came across a bloke sighting in his new Sako 85 Bavarian 30.06 as he seemed to be having some trouble I thought I would have a look and see if I might be able to help him out. Just as I got to him he threw the rifle at a stump with enough force to break the stock, I asked him what the problem was and he showed me his 50m target which looked like it had been attacked with a shot gun. I had a look at his rifle which seemed ok ( apart from the broken stock) and then had a look at his ammo which was .270 when I pointed out to him that .270 in a 30.06 probably isn't the best way to get accuracy, he just dropped the rifle on the ground and got in his ute and left. I picked it up and took it back to him a little while ago and he said "fuck the thing, I don't wanna see the fucken thing again .fuck fuck fuck!!
I am now looking for a stock for my new Sako Bavarian = happy happy happy

Hardly a mark on the scope (leupold VX 11) I will wait until tomorrow and try to give it back....maybe I should ask him to replace the stock seeing as how he's the one that broke it
That might send him into another frenzy

I'm too honest Gibo, but he is a bit of a tosser (obviously) it is a mistake that could be easily made I guess. I will try to give it back tomorrow when he calms down a bit

Im not sure its a mistake youd want to make often, other way around and he wouldnt have had a rifle to throw! Or an arm to throw it with.

DO Not give it back again.
Stick it in the cupboard if you want and wait for him to contact you if you are that way inclined, but honestly you and everyone else who hunts there is safer with him not having a rifle.

Are you open to offers ? I'll give you $400 as is .
You don't treat any fire arm like that but its criminal to do it to a Sako Bavarian.
Or you could get a new stock from Brownells or Numrich .
Gun control means using both hands
