It’s the cartridge, not the rifle, try a Tikka in 223, I sold both of mine, just hopeless and then figured it was the factory cartridges. Handloads you tune.
I have a Sako 6.5 and it’s consistency on the range is amazing,no matter which factory load.
That's odd. My Tikka 223 is a lazer. So much so that its boring to plink with.
