A rail is awesome, it's legit QD and you can just put on a very small segment. They're much stronger than a harris, more adjustable, legit QD, don't slide when you lean into them, have movement for pan and cant, aren't a "rigid" design so they don't build up uneven tension, can buy leg extensions for like $30 that take 10 seconds to install if you need a longer bipod, weigh about the same as a Harris.
By the time you buy the Harris, Podloc, and bipod spikes that KG suggested, you're nearly at the price of an Atlas anyway.
I've got a couple of Harris bipods that just sit in my rangebox now
