Anyone had eyes on ? Look interesting. The 151 is a very short length muzzle forward. Interested to see how they compare to DPT for suppression, may be the new "best compromise" option

Their over barrel are a pretty standard unit over here,I can't tell the difference in sound reduction between any of the big brands. They are all a much of muchness.
Svemko are a local brand, they are popular and impressive for their size and weight. So if your looking for something light and small maybe check them out?

I asked my Mate in Norway. He thinks they are up among the best made there. Says they will likely be heavier than what we are used too here but should also reduce noise by a bigger margin than what we see from our NZ made ones too. He rates them as better than A-Tec. If any of that is any help. Though he will likely be going for the bigger models.

Unsophisticated... AF!
I have a Hausken 184 extreme on my 8x57 with a 20“ barrel and can directly compare it to a standard dpt on a 20“ barrel on a 308.
My impression is that the Hausken is more efficient, if this is of any help.
Fair call, all things being equal a heavier suppressor has better suppression just down to the mass of the material in it. Weight and bulk for performance, some of our locally made options are up there with the best from what I have seen on the range.
Distance forward of the muzzle on anything medium size or bigger is where the performance is, the overbarrel section is up to pressure and 'full' of gasses virtually instantly if the internal muzzle brake is doing it's job correctly. If you want more performance in either recoil reduction or sound suppression it's going to be from making the front section longer.
This for me is where the DPT style with the screw-on baffles is good, you can increase the performance of the suppressor by adding a baffle or three or if you don't need absolute performance drop one or two out. It's a bit harder with a fixed can - I have no problem with the performance of my Gunworks cans but in some situations they are longer and heavier than I really need.
Ok, I might add that the DPT can comes at a much better price!
I had a look at these a few weeks ago.

They are astonishingly light for their size, not my thing but maybe for someone who is saving every ounce?
