Its not the name on the license - all that matters is that the name entered when asking a question, matches that of the trademe account.
You can even put a bogus FA number. It just needs to be the right length, and the name entered when asking the question needs to match the trademe account.
They don't have a database of FA names and numbers.

5 weeks ago i had this issue buying a 243 changed my name entered from surname, middle first to surname first then middle and it worked so that's what worked for me my tm name "Mason" is my name as on license and never changed it so it worked for me just saying
