Thread: Help - Double decker Scope/thermal mounting 223

I have got a Burris BTS50 thermal scope that mounts to a rail.
I want to be able to mount this scope on top of my existing Vortex scope on my howa mini 223.

What do I need and where can i get this?

What I imaging I need is 1" scope rings with upside down rail, so this can attach to the existing scope tube and the Burris sit/mount onto. (yes it will be high mounted)

I know this can put strain on the main scope tube, however the rifle is very low recoil 223 with suppressor. I want to be able to use the rifle as per normal in the day with the vortex scope and at night pop the Burris thermal scope on top.

Can you make a suggestion or even a link to what I need? Thanks
