Nice bolt action 22LR - what is serial number? If it has the gold trigger and little sling inserts - appears to - then its a DL or deluxe model. This model and variants 780/81/82/83 ended late 80s. They were followed by the model 880s and models 25 and 925. All good little rifles - very accurate with the microgroove barrels and better made than later models like XT-22 made in Remington period. Little bit of old school class to this one..

Excellent little bolt action for anyone to buy. You could pay alot more for some contemporary name brand and get alot less. Should you be selling this FT??

it has the gold trigger yes and holes where the sling studs would normally be .
serial #23792776 also states shorts, longs and lr on the barrel as mentioned .
micro groove and yes it shoulders very well , is very well balanced and as mentioned shoots like a laser . I think it's a 22" barrel .
It just never gets used bar the odd day at the range picking off clay pigeon shards on the 50 mtr bank for a bit of fun .....
thought after 20+ yrs residing in the safe neglected it might be time to move it on to someone who will use and appreciate it .
