Throughly clean your firearms and lube all the metal parts with a good rust inhibitor like Eezox or Break Free CLP etc
Then send me a prepaid self addressed post bag.
I'll fill it with some of these bags of Dessicant and post them back to you.
Place them in your safe and they will absorb any excess moisture from the atmosphere which helps prevent condesation on your rifles and rust.
These bags will be good for about 6 months then you can simply dry them out and use them again.
This offer is also open to everyone else until ............. I run out that is.
I have lots of these dessicant bags so no need for panic.
Cheers
Pete
how do you dry them out? I was going to buy a disposable can its what I usually use.

I would or I planned to use them, I was going to do some WSRA, however it looks like my left arm injury has come back which means I cant lift/hold a rifle using my left hand...rest is prescribed, maybe 6months, its been 2 and not been fixed

Awesome P38. Im def keen on some of those, I've been using the ones from the supermarket, but they fill up pretty quick.
i use a wardrobe heater. there in bunnings for about $35.00 cheaper than the popular gun industry ones. and more powerfull, if need be. take a look at there full range in store.
i also use a temp and humidity gauge. i try to aim for 45% humidity.
Man sometimes its 6-7 months between shoots, I just have a damp rid thingee in the safe and make sure the gear is cleaned all over with otis O85 all in one
Grouchy Smurf had it right all along...
trade me, look in the same place as weather stations etc.
i also got this thing, im not sure what you call it. you plug something into it and it has a dial which controls how much power that, that something gets.
so if you plugged a light into it, it would act like a dimmer. the less power you give it the duller the bulb.
its small like a plug in freshner or something.
anyway, i use that also, to control the heater. (maybe called a voltage regulator)
