How many 243's in the safe is enough?

I've already got two, but thinking I should add in a third. I'd like a leftie this time for that weirdo kack handed TimeRider. 243 would be a good option for her to bust the odd pig, goat, wallaby, .... whatever. Might need to be suppressed too as there ain't that much of her.

To the point where you have to take one out to be able to close and lock the door?

I've already thought of that and unloaded one shottie and a 243 to the brother-in-law. Might need to thin out a little more though. Air rifles probably don't need to be there and could go in a locker.

Yeah I wouldn't mind trying a few of those Targex pills. The good thing is I am already set for reloading the round and it is a reasonable varmint/bigger game crossover round. I got her to do the dominant eye test and got her to quickly shoot the imaginary pig running across the end of the lounge last night. Both came up as leftie, southaw, ....

So, I've got a few hundred of them. Does that qualify me to buy a second one?

If so, please provide a letter stating the same, that I can include in my bundle of documents for my pleading submissions to my wife.

I have been waiting for the first detractor GA. Now Barefoot will jump in and tell you that a .243 is the only calibre you will ever need.
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!

Rule 7: Avoid alcohol and drugs when handling firearms

Think of it as a 223 on steroids and you will never have an issue.
Think of it as a 3006 and you will have plenty of issues

I think that for her it would be OK. Unlikely to shoot over 200m for the next couple of years. After all she did close her eyes when she squeezed the trigger on the suppressed 223 at the range because it pushed her too mush. She was sitting on a 15mm three shot group up to that point.
