Someone would like to bowl something over this weekend. Might get it quietened first. Start by threading and can use my 243 suppressor for now. I can always use my 308 suppressor as that was also set up for my 243 initially too. Also need this years range ticket to arrive so I can get my key re-cut.Quote:

My first high powered rifle was a 243, old Parker hale safari, given to me by a mate of dads. Shot quite a few deer with it then upgraded, always wished I'd kept it.
I've just got my hands on another 243, a sako finnwolf, a rifle I've always wanted. It should arrive next week, will throw my spare Zeiss on it straight away and take it hunting! Can't wait!

Finally got the rifle to Gunworks where it had a Spartan fitted, along with purchasing some lead/copper sleeping tablets (reworded since someone doesn't like them being called pills :P). TR chose a nice comfy sling as well. I've smoothed out the slot in the bolt to make it easier to close, put on an EGW rail, Weaver low rings and a nice wee Pentax scope. Damn, TR's rifle is better kitted out than mine now.

Sticking a y on the end of a surname is very Kiwi as well and also lacks relevance imagination and humour. K's is an abbreviation as is Bus they are terms directly related to the topic. Pills have no relation to projectiles, its just some inane term latched onto by the weak mined . If it was clever or funny then it would be a different story. Wost thing is its so wide spread that I slip upand use the term on rare occasions and have to give myself an uppercut .I just find it continually lame but we all have our idiosyncrasies.
