I like their ammo prices but hate everything else, mate has got scopes on his guns from their packages that dont work. My shotgun came with a bent barrel but they fixed it. he just got a .300WM tikka package im hoping the suppressor and scope are going to be ok.

Apparently there is one born every minute and that is how places like it not only survive but thrive. I dont think its fair to take advantage of people who dont know better, but all you can really do is try not to be one of the "one every minute"

I agree and ive had my heated dbates with h+f over secondhand prices ect. This goes for anything retail......If you believe everything that they tell you and accept there prices as gospel without some research then you deserve what you get.

With the age of the internet anyone can check out all the big and small retailers and compare prices, freight etc. Can come on these sites and get some feed back. Check out their specials.
If you wander in to their store having not reserched a product and just buy on the advice of the salesperson then thats your hard luck. Ive only dealt with Auck G C and purchased over the phone may have paid a few dollars more but they were the only ones who had the product in stock.
Ammo sales pays to shop around too, even the pgg wrightsons stores are a distributor for fioccchi ammo (good quality) I also like to support a nz ammuntion coy. Belmont ammo have promt friendly service and there product always shoots well and accurate in my rifles. Sure not as good as hand loaded stuff but Consistent 1 '' groups and under $1.00 per round .223 im not complaining.
