I know nothing about these products, so this might be a dumb question and I might have the wrong idea here, but Ill ask anyway. I thought night vision required an infra red torch? If so is the rangefinder aspect very critical? Id have thought that most game inside most torch beam length would be within 200 odd meters?
With a decent IR torch you can see and shoot out to 400 to 500 metres, a range finder is very important at night because it is harder to judge distance than in daylight.
