whanahuia These are day/night scopes so the ballistics/range finder is fantastic for day shooting.

Also, they have exceptional on-board IR torches and of course it is very hard to estimate range at night. 300 yds is no problem and on a good night I could have (but haven't) shot deer out to 550 yards.
And the range finder ballistics compensate for slope which is a great feature.
And here we go - shot this at night at 315 yards (deer). I ranged her but didn't ping the ballistic range, just held on top of her shoulder.
