Thread: I need help! 270 barrel chop, cant make a decision

interesting about the magnum can..myunderstanding of it..and it says so in literature on cans...below 30/06 level std can...above 30/06 level magnum can..the case capacity is the same as .270 mine has std gunworks spartan..has had std DPT both worked fine...I PREFER the longer skinnier spartan because it comes back further towards stock..there is NOTHING in it weight wise,noise wise,price wise or sticking out the end wise.... tell you something for nothing,chuck the SS blast baffle into DPT on mates 25/06 seems to have made it a hell of a lot quieter..definately worth trying one.
