    Go with a 16" 308 and a decent suppressor as below.
    I use the 125 accubonds

    You also have the option as per below of having a fully suppressed sub-sonic load available for the same if wanted.

    You will see part way through this thread that I have got the 90 grain XTPs shooting 1moa and very quiet
