You are missing EVERY thing , unless you have used a TRG-22/42 series wide foot bipod , thats by your statement , most people , have not , as 1 ) They donot own a Sako TRG series rifle ( as its made ONLY for that rifles chassis profile ) , & 2 ) Even IF you have a Sako TRG , most donot have the Sako Factory bipod , as they have always been valued in GOLD dust by weight , and they are heavy compared to a little Harris .
In simple terms , in stead of the rifle teating on the top , its as IF the rifle is sling under , very stable and lower C Of G , it hangs virtually suspended , very stable and different feel to the bipod , and me describing IT , is no ware close to the feel of it , it needs to be FELT by actual use , NOT by just looking at IT .
And Too me , its the natural extension of the quad rail/tube type forends , and makes best use of this type of fore end .
So for the likes of virtually all the AR15s , all the new chassis stocks , and all the newer PSR type sniper rifles , so its actually a lot of different rifles .
