Identify what is likely a bit of kit for a Military Rifle

I suspect this is a stuck case remover and a spare firing pin in a tube that is kept in the butt stock of a military rifle.

Would anyone have a better idea or be able to accurately ID what it is and what rifle it belongs to?

Imagine the damage you could do to someone with that. The round tube part of it should have threads in the side holes and it forms part of the handle from memory. Could possibly be for an ak as well

The cleaning kit isn't illegal and is quite useful for other things
