Also its pre owned hence a steal at $124,500 USD it's cheap because someone else has had their dirty mitts on it already.

Actually if you are going the 375 Double rifle one gun route you really should drop the 375 H&H belted case and go with the 375 H&H Flanged Magnum case.
Just a more betterer option in a double rifle

But rich for my taste @akaroa mine was list price at £3000 to £5000 plus vat so could have got it for £3600 plus vat. Which imo is not too bad for a H&H.
Would never buy directly from the shop unless I won the Euro millions. Even then maybe not.

Another for the 708. Mines good for 5-500 yds. Point and shoot to 220yds. Easy to dial after that. 16” barrel. 140 bt at 2580 or a 120gn at 2900. Plenty of killing power for anything.

223 would be a close second.

"No Buckshot or slugs" Is the wording in the permit. They do give you permission to shot cats, rats possums and stoats so that's nice ;)

you are taking the mikey right right

6.5, 7mm or 300 saum. Currently running the 300 and loving it, if I was to re-barrel I'd have to give the 6.5 serious consideration, high velocity, high bc, at low pressure.

Cam at alpine has bartleins in 6.5 hes local to you and has the reamer he built my old one swapped out for the 7 saum but the 6.5 was king of 6.5

Tough one for me
My 243 with a 1:8 barrel will do everything I need it to in NZ (I don't shoot cattle) but I love playing with the flexibility of my 358 from 357 pistol bullets to the tough Nosler BT's but it's too limiting in range at around 300 mtr. ( No modern high BC bullets ).
Like the flexibility of the 7mm's but not a magnum fan so the 284 Win maybe my pick. 100 gr bullets at 3480 fps for small stuff and 168gr 28-2900fps
