About LinkBacksYou will need an import permit for - Barrel, upper and lower. I am in the process of doing the same thing. My AO wrote out permits for everything even though he isn't suppose to. Stick under the $100 limit for all the small parts and you won't need to go through the export BS. I applied for export approval a month ago and my lower shipped yesterday. Not bad.
