If you have an E endorsement, just put every single part you want on the permit... Much simpler that way...

And remember that they are getting sticky about issuing retrospective permits if your goods have been seized at customs.

Especially when its an offence to import restricted parts without a permit, technically the Police could prosecute you if you ask for one after you have ordered them.
