    Importing AR uppers for A-cat

    Anyone tried it?

    Just need an import permit at this end. That applies to stripped as well as complete ones.

    Yea you need one for action parts. You will also need one if buying from the states and applying for an export permit

    I guess if his gear is approved for export you could find somebody who will send it. It pays not to be sneaky cuz the fed's take ITAR very seriously

    Yep
    Waiting for one to turn up - get a permit from this end, fill out your DSP 83 etc for the other end and bingo
