    Um he said " the exporter has included Import Permit in the package"

    I would think that they will write to you advising they have the packaged and requesting you send them the Import Permit (regardless of them having it in the package!!) at least thats been my experience.

    Then you will need to arrange to somehow get it once released for delivery as NZ Post wont touch it even though they should just deliver it. Bunch of Woke Useless muppets11
