    Do you still have the original stock?

    For the last one I did for me, I used a mate mill and some cove router bits, made it slightly oversize then filled and glass bedded it.

    The other method which is a bit butchery and require a donor stock, involves cutting the bedding from the original stock into a rectangular section then milling out the same section in you laminate then gluing the original piece to the inside of the new stock.

    You are far better to mill it out yourself, or go old school and use a chisel for more control. Dont use a router unless you have a frame to stop it walking as once you rout material out, you cannot put it back.

    If you want to pay someone to do it I may know a couple people here but I would have to ask them first. It wont be cheap though...
