    There were Primary Weapons Systems 10-22 toggle bolt actions and guns on tard 6 months ago - someone must be importing them

    There are some in the country and presumably there can be more - there is a NZ biathlon association which may have been the people bringing them in?

    10-22's are mint as long as they arent made by ruger - I suspect no ruger parts are used in the making of that PWS gun

    this now legally allows the use of high-capacity magazines,
    while still being "A" Category.

    No it doesn't.

    Well, you can use any size magazine you like with a bolt action. So, it does?
