Ivey micrometer adjustable scope rings and bases.

Ivey have put together a nice adjustable setup for anyone wanting extra elevation control for Long Range Hunting/Shooting,
Quite often scopes like the 8-32 and 12-42 Nightforce lack the extra elevation required out past 2000yrds, these clever fellas have fixed that problem.

You're right there VC, the base looks a little better in that regard, and it has 150 moa if needed.

If you were to go that way the rail would have to be a better bet. I could be wrong and often am but the rings must be tweeking your scope. It looks like there is a pivot pin on the front ring but to make it tight enough to not move around in use it must bend the scope even if minutely

Interesting you mention that Vietnamcam, I use a dial indicator gauge to fit scope bases and then again to fit the scope rings to the base.
Im often concerned at the lack of alignment the scope rings have to put up with, and they can take quite a bit of lapping to get right.

My pet peeve is cleaning lapping paste off everything, and thats with the action covered with rags!!!

I just remembered a bigger peeve, bloody graphite powder, the way that stuff spreads id be surprised if theres not specs of it stuck to the moon
