Javelin bipod cant lever locking mech

Just got a javelin bipod. I find the cant lever quite hard to use. You have to crank it tight for it to lock the bipod in position.

    Anyone has this issue?

Stager sports sell a longer lever that makes it easier to lock in, you can adjust the pre load on the lever too by tightening the machine screw.

+1 Yep, Danny knows what he's talking about.

I used the tri-nut for a number of years before converting to the longer lever over lockdown. I much prefer the lever because you can crank it up when you need to.
