    JW 15.

I've just read a post on here from 2017 regarding JW 15 mods. A bloke tells of buying a new rifle and finding it to shoot into 2" @ 50 metres. Takes it back to the shop, where two others returned the same result. The dealer found that he'd bought in a batch from a larger shop and they were all marked only JW15 on the barrel. The decent shooting one's all were marked Norinco JW 15. Has this turned out to be the reason for rubbish shooting JW 15s'? The one I've recently brought home says only JW15 on the barrel...

Brilliant answer. Wonder why I hadn't thought of doing that. Thanks.

Different factories seem to produce to different standards. Stick with Norinco JW15 - avoid Polytech brand and don't buy from GC. Alot of those I've seen have been very poor

Thanks for that. I had no idea that any would copy a Norinco! Desperate times indeed.

You can easily do stuff to improve the JW15 but it wont ever be a match rifle .
I recall having a carry Norinco 9mm in OZ for a few years. It was a CZ 75 clone and a pretty good one at that, so it can be done. Lo and behold they start copying a Beretta 92...
