    JW15 Dovetail to Picatinny?

    Serouisisly thinking about buying a JW15 so just wanting to know if anyone has put a picatinny rail on a JW15. Reasion being is so I take off the scope with the rings on off the 308 and put it on a JW15 so i I wouldn't have to switch rings. Would do this till I get more finds for another desent scope.
    Do you think this will work?

    Just buy a reasonable set of rimfire rings and a basic scope
    You will need to rezero every time you swap scopes a waste of time and most importantly ammunition at $2 per round for 308
    A basic 4 or 3-9 scope is all you need for a 22
    If you want a good scope set it up basic 1st and save up

    Swapping scopes between rifles is a pain in the arse

    Even if you record the different zero adjustments its not perfect, and you dont always get perfect alignment doing so. Regular swapsies will also wear the seating of the bases making for more slop when you reattach.

    A set of half decent steel rings and a half decent scope. Put it on leave it on and it's good to go everytime you pick it up.
    You don't need high end stuff on a JW or any .22 for that matter for it to work well and be effective.

    @FatLabrador

    I have two individual adaptors. One for the front on for the back. You can have them...

    I’ll post photos if you want.

    Best advice yet. If you get a Nikko mount master scope with AO, this ranges comes with a reasonable set of rings included and is well suited to a 22. (The non AO version comes with a lighter set of rings which are not quite as solid.) Or a Nikko Airking but that usually comes with a heavy duty air gun one piece scope mount.
