Krico 22lr What model and year?

    Hiya,
I have this Krico 22 and want to find out what year and model if possible. The barrel shows the manufacturer and shows serial number. Any way to know?

Thinking of selling it if its worth anything otherwise good pinker for my son.

I sold one of these a couple of years ago. Not sure of model but its made in the mid 70's. What are the stamping marks forward of the gas vent on RH action side? Sometimes theres a 2 digit stamp indicating year.

    Thanks Mathias,
Its stamped 70 in small numbers so guessing 1970. Appreciate the guidance on this.

Think I got around $300. It was 100% complete with fore site cover, rear site and very very tidy.

It seems that the company are supportive in providing some information on their early products, but they charge about $NZ41 for the service.. There is a German to English translater for the website if using Google.

    Their website. https://tinyurl.com/utpyebx

Note the KRICO Model year of construction inquiries

Looking at information on American Gunsites selling some of these, and comparing theri serial numbers, yours is well before the '70's

Straight mag rifles were the early model pre 70's and banana mag later model. My model 300 bolt gun with straight mag is a 60's gun. The 70 stamped on it will be the year, earlier 60's guns were not marked with DoM from what I've found.
