I think this is good advice as now that they are manufacturing stocks they can also bed recoil lug in correct place when bedding.

There's no right or wrong answer it really depends on to what level of accuracy you are after? Tikka will shoot fine dropped in or do you want everything eliminated that could prevent maximum accuracy potential?
