    Is it legal to post a second hand upper over from the states

    I want a D-tec upper for my Ar15

    D-Tech - Custom AR-15 Upper Receivers - Dedicated Technology - Custom AR-15 Upper Recievers.

    the guy wont sell it to me directly, he said someone has to buy it and post it over that way

    If I am to do this what steps will I have to do to be a legal begal?

    Import permit and export permits?

    what is the go with sending this stuff

    any other additional things seeing it is a ar15 part?

    Is there anyone with the proper qualifications that can handel this for me? obviously with a charge.
