    Is there anyone with the proper qualifications that can handel this for me? obviously with a charge.
    I have used Simpson Ltd. - Collectors Firearms - Simpson Ltd. - Collectors Firearms twice for complete rifles. Expensive but good service. Now I just get from Brownells and DIY it
